The first one was great quality, but the second had broken
I ordered two of these. The first one was great quality, but the second had broken. The flower had fallen off the metal stem. Not much damage, easy glue job.

Lower expectation
Completely disappointed. The flower was floating around in the envelope and looks cheap. Thought was buying red and gold rose for V-Day, but instead received this garbage looking item with nothing special about it. Believed would come in box with satin surrounding but in cheap cardboard pictures. Was not worth it and returning it.

The product I received looks absolutely nothing like the picture provided
The product I received looks absolutely nothing like the picture provided. The item I received is less than 9 inches long from top to bottom, silver steel stem and a cheaply desinged clear rose head. Very dissapointed, please update your pictures to atleast a decently accurate collage.

Disappointed to say the least.
Got here before scheduled delivery which is good. But it was not red it was clear. It looks nothing like the photos. I got this as a valentines present but was completely disappointed in its quality. The rose was not centered. No box either? Total let down.
