My holistic practitioner recommended this for me. It has made a huge difference in my sleep. I am 62 and have had many years of intense stress. I started taking these at night to help me sleep. At first, I wasn't noticing too much of a difference but then when I stopped taking them, I could not fall asleep. When I started taking them again, I started falling asleep quickly. I wish they were a little cheaper but they're worth it.
