Plesently surprised
I have tried several different styles and brands of mens compression pantyhose, most of them are actually womens styles simply repackaged. Simply said, those are rather uncomfortable in certain areas. There are a couple brands that give a simple pouch and a couple that add a fly to the pouch, most of those can be moderately comfortable. But again, they are usually modified from women's brands to add that pouch and fly with little regard to increased durability that men need. These however, from the instant I unpacked them, they felt different. The yarns were thicker, the seams were heavily reinforced and the pouch with fly wasn't an afterthought. The pouch, it isn't nylon like it looks In the pictures, it feels more like satin and saying it's comfortable is an understatement. They are a little difficult to put on but that is due to them being an actual compression garment. The price may deter most people. I had been wanting to try a pair for a few years now but kept talking myself out of it because of the price but I'm glad I finally caved in. If these last as long as they feel like they might then I will buy many more and replace my current brand.Edit: added August 2nd.the first part remains valid I however want to say that the color is definitely NOT "skin" by putting these on and going outside into sunlight you become either a vampire or Casper the Ghost cant quite decide which but they look white when your outside, inside they look fine but for the love of god dont wear them with shorts and go anywhere that isnt the inside your own house.

A PRODUCT WELL WORTH IT
COMFORT4Men; listed on Amazon as C402M, Skin Color Pantyhose; 70 Denier, Size 7; Low Waist; What I actually received are the 415M XL-70DEN which are the same except for size. The seller probably uses the C402M listing to simplify things. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to message them; Angelika has been extremely helpful responding to all my questions. I am 5' 10", 245lbs, have normal proportioned legs, a low waist, and a bit of a 'spare tire' like many guys. I started wearing compression hose/stockings about 4 months to prevent swelling in my ankles & feet. I wear diabetic ankle socks over the hose to prevent shoe damage, control foot moisture and to avoid detection. My job is very physical; I do a lot of walking, stretching, climbing, squatting and reaching in a climate controlled plant. I generally get in 8000+ steps in a work day. So I need hose that are comfortable, has mild to moderate compression, stays in place and glides well under work pants. Comfort4Men hose checks off all of those boxes for me. These C415M 70 Denier hose (that I purchased here) are compression grade hose and provides about 12-15 mmHg of graduated pressure at the ankle. The C416M's are 140 Den and provide about 18-20mmHg of pressure. Consequently, extra effort & care are required to put them on or off. BE PATIENT! Gloves are VERY helpful as are smooth, trimmed toe nails. I find that putting a light application of lotion on my toes, heels and knees is helpful as well. The Comfort4Men website has helpful links that show how to put your compression hose on. The GOOD NEWS is, eventually, experience makes it easier to put them on and they seem to develop a memory and become like a second skin. BUT, the best thing is, the health benefits & cost are worth it. In my case, the dark spots on my legs have lightened and my energy level has greatly increased. One quick note; the 70 Denier Skin color hose are somewhat sheer but would be easily noticed in sunlight if wearing with shorts. The Skin color is more like Nude pantyhose but has a sheen to them. Even my wife has commented on how nice they look. The 140 Denier hose are opaque but not enough to be called blackouts, even in Black. I can’t say what the Skin color opaqueness is like in the 140’s since I only have a black pair, which I really, really like. In short, the higher the Denier, generally means more support and are more opaqueness. So, keep that in mind when choosing one of these products. I ordered a first set of C415M XL’s hose from Comfort4Men on Amazon and they arrived 1 day earlier than promised. (I have recently ordered a 2nd set but have not worn them yet.) This product comes sealed in a nicely designed, quality package. When the hose are unfolded, you can tell a lot of intentional thought & care went into their design & manufacture. Even after washing, drying and wearing several times they still retain their original shape without fail. To date, I have worn this set at least 25 times because I like them that much. Initially, I washed & air dried the hose before wearing them. Amazingly, they air dry completely in less than 2 hours. Then I wore them to work the next day. Even though the hose weave may appear a little coarse, the legs glide well against each other, they are smooth to the touch and are quite nice to wear. They freely slide underneath the Denali or Wrangler Performance stretch pants that I recently switched to. Consequently, I have not tried them with jeans. Mostly, because I suspect it would increase the wear & tear factor. Besides, the stretch pants provide a slicker inner surface. While on the subject, the weave pattern of the C415XL's is very unique of any I have seen and gives the impression of being very durable. The first wearing of these C4M's during a 10 hour shift was VERY comfortable. In fact, other than the leg compression and support of the male anatomy, it's almost like wearing nothing. They have a nice panty / brief section with a sewn in comfort panel. This particular set has a well positioned & useful fly that comes in either black or skin color. The panel also has a C4M logo in blue emblazoned across it. BTW, the comfort panel has also held up well. Other features in the panty & panel include European style flat sewn seams which further make for a comfortable ‘no-dig in’ wear experience. Finally, the legs have reinforced toes & heels which should prevent potential wear damage in these areas. In short, they are well thought out for comfort, quality and a long useful life span. While I sometimes ‘tweak’ them a couple times in a day, (I like the legs pulled up a bit) they will stay settled into a very comfortable position and are a true pleasure to wear. An additional benefit is that any moisture or sweat is quickly wicked away to the surface and will not cling to your skin. I don’t have any experience with summer temps yet, but this winter has proven the 70 Denier hose will keep you warm while you're outside even in a stiff breeze and cool when inside being physically active. The 70's are easier to put on than the C416M's, so in my experience these are the BEST balance if you're looking for an excellent choice for regular compression wear. AND they are 1/2 the price of medical compression hosiery which are likely unisex constructed, not specifically made for males like the C4M's. While these hose/tights are pretty resilient, care must be taken to prevent pulls or snags which is what my experience has shown can happen. You should examine them as you’re taking them off, keeping an eye out for places like this. This is the time to fix them with clear nail polish before washing and wearing again. As far as wearing experience, you’ll greatly enjoy the benefits & comfort so much that you will find you do not want to take them off. Not only have I worn them to bed, very recently, I wore them under normal cotton sweats and changed the oil in my car! It is not uncommon for me to walk 8-13,000 steps in a day, while wearing the Comfort4Men hose. Yesterday my wife asked me to walk with her on a .6 mile walking trail. By the end, I was completely energized to go another round! A year ago, I would have bailed on her halfway through! The same had been true at work right up until a few months ago! I was exhausted after a full day before I started wearing these pantyhose. I have read on the Internet about other high end hosiery products like Comfort4Men. Purchaser reviews often say that quality made hose quickly mold to you and keep that memory during their useful life. The C402 / C415M’s are that kind of quality product. I can’t wait for them to dry and wear again the next time. Oh BTW, my ankle isn’t swollen even after the most active day life dishes out at me. I plan to order some more 415’s and 416’s very soon. I also hope to purchase some of Comfort4Men’s C426M or C427M Opaque low waist tights to wear for those really cold midwestern days because they are way less bulky than long johns. Or perhaps Comfort4Men will offer the C454M's in size 7? HINT! I am similar to other men on Amazon who have purchased these hose in that we hope that the Comfort4Men company will eventually stock their complete lineup for distribution & purchase in the US very soon. Pretty Please? YES, they are expensive, but they are the gold standard, in my experience. Give these pantyhose / tights from Comfort4Men a try. You WILL Love them!

The largest size is slightly shorter than the other models from this company
Comfort4Men makes some great legwear but their size inconsistency makes it difficult to trust purchasing other products from them. Especially since these items are more expensive.
