I was changing the oil in DW's 2014 Tiguan. I purchased a new Dorman plug and from reviews decided I should get a pack of these to use instead of the washer that came with it. Turns out the Dorman plug is somewhat longer than the original. Not in the mood to verify if it would be ok, I just used the original plug again replacing the old washer with this one. Worked fine, no issues.

Theses washers do seem to work though they aren’t quite as robust as the OEM washers the dealership uses. No issues thus far but on first use wasn’t entirely confident they would seal the drain plug correctly but no leaks over first 1000 miles.

Fit my GSXR 750 oil drain bolt. Hate that these are made in china. Why can't we make them in the US? Every thing seems to be made in china. Is it because nusom keeps making stupid laws to jack up minimum wage?

I assumed that you just needed a washer for the 3.0L v6 VW TDI turbo diesel. Washers leak due to there being a lip around the oil pan drain hole. This donut seals it properly.

Other than the shipping date for receiving changing three times. Seems to be exactly what I needed only received late.
