For a coarser grind, turn the nut counterclockwise. 5. Turn the cover clockwise, and seasonings will come out from the botton. Note: Please turn the covers clockwise during grinding. Please Note Salt and Peppercorns not included. Do not screw it too tight, so as not to damage the abrasive core.
