Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix, 6.5 oz (Pack of 9)

This is my go to brand. They are fresh and make my house smell delicious. They are yummy and nice and fluffy. They are moist and sealed tightly so they are fresh when you make them.

This is so easy to make and is moist and flavorful! Talk about tasting fresh and homemade! You will have to try it to believe it! Yummy and such a great price as well!

If I tell you that I made those muffins million times for my kiddos, it is just great everything. Great price and great taste. Easy to make, simple instructions, fast cooking, my older son can eat it all day long. And I love it myself as well. Great size of muffin cake, perfect structure. There are already ready wild blueberries in the can. I love them. I'll probably bake them another million times 😄 🤣 haha

My granddaughter loves when I make these for her. She’s in college so sometimes I will make them in regular cupcake tins and sometimes I will make them in the jumbo muffin size. My advice would be whenever you make them use 3/4 of the fluid as milk and the other quarter water. It just adds great flavor by using the milk. And add extra mini chocolate chip chips! You will thank me.

We love these muffins. The are easy to make and remain moist. They don't contain eggs which is great due to an egg intolerance. Unfortunately when I received they package the box only contained 8 packs rather than the 9 packs as described.

Made these in a mini muffin pan for our Bible study group. They disappeared quickly! It's nice to have real blueberries for the mix as opposed to the flavored blueberry chips that come with the cheaper mixes. Everyone loved them, and they're not as sugary sweet as I thought they would be. Amazon had these mixes at a great price, much cheaper than Walmart, so I got several.

First batch turned out crumbly. Tasted fine but did some research and found that I had likely over stirred which apparently affect the gluten according to Co Pilot AI. Next batch more careful and mixed with water vs milk. I have a no stick pan for these and once out of the oven used blunt knife around the edges. Let sit and cool for ten minute and when came out they were perfect. No crumbling. Hope these tips helpful.

I love the blueberry muffin mix. Not too many carbs not too much salt very easy to make great value for the money taste amazing and they would be awesome for pancakes as well. And they are so moist in the texture is perfect
