I opened this and it smelled extremely pungent, causing me to look at the bottle for the expiration date. It didn't have one, but it did have a manufacture date of March, 2013. Fish oil has a shelf life of 2 years, and they shipped me oil that is over 3 years old. Boo, Calamari Ink Products for wasting my time, and Yay to Amazon for not letting them waste my money, too.

I have LDL is that right on the line between good and bad and keeps creeping higher than I want it to so the doctor suggested I take fish oil. I was excited when I saw this capsule because not only does it have Omega3s, it has CoQ10 which is supposed to be so good for your heart muscles, and squid ink which is an antioxidant, something I don't think you can ever have too much of. How can you lose when you get three great products in one? I actually take two a day in order to meet the milligrams recommended by my doctor. I haven't experienced any side effects, and even though they are a little larger than I am used to they are still easy to take. It's too soon to get my blood tested to see what it does to my LDL, but so far so good!
