What a pleasant SURPRISE! My regular brand was "Out of Stock"...soo...I thought I'd try YOURS. WOWWW!!! Super YUMMY on POPCORN...really gives a POP to roasted VEGGIES & STIRFRY. Will be delicious on cucumbers & 'Slaw type salad. NO MSG like my previous brand! I'll definitely be buying more of YOUR KIMCHEE SEASONING. Thank YOU for an Excellent Product!

This product is no where near what you need for good kimchi. It's just salt, sesame,chili and garlic. I ended up adding all additional garlic, ginger, grated carrots, daikon, Asian pear, garlic chives, green onions, fish sauce and fermented shrimp. I'm not vegan and I've found that I don't like vegan kimchi. It just doesn't taste right to me. There a blandness that I can't get over. I bought a popular brand of vegan kimchi before deciding to use the product as a base for my recipe.

It is not the best tasting but easy to make. I would buy it again.

Ever since my in-laws got this for me, I have loved this product. I enjoy it sprinkled over freshly cut cucumbers and also add in some store bought kimchi.

I really enjoy this product. I have no prior known experience with kimchee, but I love to try different food items. I made the cucumber kimchee recipe on the back of the bag, and I added cherry tomatoes. It can last a few days in the fridge, and it gets spicier each day. I oven baked chicken legs and potatoes with kimchee, which creates a flavorful meal. A friend of mine found the veggies too spicy for her, but perfect cooked into the chicken and potatoes. So, for anyone wanting flavor and a little kick, I highly recommend this product. It is very flavorful and versatile! I love that there are no artificial ingredients or preservatives in it, but it is still decently priced.
