This chocolate was so much better than I expected. Amazon can be a sketchy place to buy chocolate, since even the best brands are often sold through a third party and arrive stale. This chocolate did not have any stale flavors. It was packaged very well with cool packs to keep it from melting. They included contact information in case the chocolate was melted or damaged, but mine was not. The flavor and texture are amazing- very creamy and melty without and waxy/ oily taste. I just got these as a self care gift but I'll be choosing this brand whenever I buy chocolate from now on!

These chips taste like heaven in a bag! The highest quality chocolate I've had in a baking chip. Its hard not to eat straight out of the bag! A bit on the spendy side but the quality makes them worth every penny!

Purchased this chocolate to make hot chocolate bombs with and am so glad I did. After reading up on how calming hot chocolate is at night… I made several treats with kids and on my own just to have for the season. Deliciously real chocolate versus the waxy imitation choc(?) on the market.

Tasty high quality chocolate chips, melts in your mouth. Will not recommend for making chocolate chip cookies. It watered it down too much and made them spread out flat on the baking sheet during the baking process. Low melting point and high water content, not making it ideal to mix with cookie dough. You can use it for fondues, cakes, chocolates, e.t.c

Smooth, creamy and so delicious!! This was my first time tempering chocolate, and this chocolate came out perfect in the molds! A little expensive, but so worth it!

I love the quality and flavor of these fantastic chips. I bought milk, dark and semi. I love them all! They arrived in perfect shape even in the Florida summer heat. I made the best cookies ever and banana chip muffins, really good chips.

Do not buy in the summer months. They do not ship with ice pack. It arrived as a bag of chocolate sauce. I had to throw it in the frig and chop it up to put in cookies. They are sooo good otherwise.

We make homemade truffles every Xmas and hav used Callebaut for probably 15 years. It’s definitely top quality! It’s pricey but I did some research on websites and online stores about chocolate candy making products and this is actually less expensive than others.They aren’t ‘chocolate chips’ that you get at the grocery store. Those have additives and cannot be ‘tempered’ to make a smooth candy after melting. Don’t compare the price to those!
