Ok, so this definitely works with a nice result BUT you will experience some bruising around your top lip. I was very careful to only suction for a few seconds at a time, for a total of 1.5-2 minutes. Loved the results but a few minutes later I had a very dark purple bruise above my lip. So maybe try it on a day you don't have to be in public so you can see what you're working with lol. I still recommend this product, just go easy the first few times.

It definitely does what it says it will do. The bruises that surrounded my mouth that lasted for days just weren’t worth it though when the plumping only lasts a few hours. The bruising started pretty immediately as visible in the pic but it got worse a few hours later. It forms a weird bruise ring around the mouth that’s a bit challenging to conceal with makeup. It does plump though due to the suction, so it’s up to you if it’s worth it or if you don’t mind the bruising.

I returned this product it left bruises around my lips. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it. My top lip is smaller than my bottom so I wanted to plump it however this won’t be my method of plumping. Painful and leaves bruises

The worst. Please don’t listen to the “unsolicited” reviews. It didn’t enhance or plump my lips. It hurt and never suctioned to my lips.The absolute worst!
