Have been using this product for about 5 years. We are both in our 60s now. We believe it helps keep our immune systems strong. Nice flavor also.

I buy this for my mom. She sears by this, the taste isn't bad and they are easy to swallow because they dissolves. They are not sticky, and they are not really thick. They really sooth her effects when she feels like she is getting sick. The strength must be good and doesn't effect her with her other medications.

I take these at the first sign of any sickness and they work great.

Love these for when I start to feel a cold coming on. The quick dissolve makes these super easy to take - especially if you have a sore throat. Typically start to feel some relief after a few days of taking these and have them in my medicine cabinet all the time. We swear by these and find them the most affordable on Amazon. Great quality and taste isn't too bad either.

My husband swears by these for fending off colds and flu. He takes one or two at the first sniffle. I can't use them because of fruit allergy issues, but wish I could. Apparently blackberries are full of Vitamin C, so perhaps that's the secret ingredient.

Elderberry is always great! I love it because it is natural, easy, tasty and works! Better than other meds on market. It does lessen the colds and flu. Some families have different results. I am sure it would be the same no matter what meds you use. I just prefer natural type of meds vs man made ones.
