Looks really good and easy to use.
I loved the blingy looks and it is easy to use. I've been excercising and hiking quite a bit so my strap broke after 2 months. So, I would say it looks good and is good for day use but not for a full time use.

Beautiful, but not for too long
This type of band is beautiful when new, but the stones will become discolored AND very prone to falling out over time, and then you are left with a band you no longer want to use due to discoloration and missing pieces. I will no longer purchase bands like this for these reasons.
