It`s ok, but you need to know how to use it.

This chef butcher chopper knife is very sharp. It cuts up chicken and lamp chops superbly. It's light-weight and easy to use. I'd recommend this knife to anyone who wants quality and thriftiness all in one knife.

This is not as sharp as I needed it to be.
