PROLITE Pickleball Paddle - Edge Tape Armor

I got the black edge tape (for a paddle with a black edge guard) and is a super fresh clean look without any issues adding weight or bulk. Easy to put on and can have a bit more fun paddle bumping and not really worrying about nicking up my paddle.

Pro-Lite is my preferred edge guard tape for my pickleball paddles.Easy to apply, adjust & re-attach if needed. Standard width is perfect for my 16mm paddles.Durable & long lasting (as long as you don't tear it up on the court).

Installed this product onto my CRBN Pickleball paddle 4mo ago, and it's worked great to protect the edge. I've scuffed the guard several times, and as you can see from the pictures that the tape has held up very well. My paddle is the 16mm version, and the tape fits perfectly around the edge, makes it look OEM. I won't ever buy another paddle without buying the tape. I do wish there were more colors, but not picky enough to knock down any stars.

Overall I am satisfied with this Pickleball paddle edge tape. Applied to my CRBN1 16mm paddle. Great adhesion and very easy to apply. A couple of minor things I would approve. You get 3 edge tapes in the package. Each one is folded on itself in order to fit in the package. This does cause some creases/wrinkles in the tape at the folds. Most of the creases/wrinkles come out when the tape is applied but not all. Would prefer the tape be rolled in the package so there are no creases. I wish they offered a solid black option (no Prolite written in white on the tape). They may offer but could not find on Amazon.

I decided to try to install some edge tape on my CRBN paddle instead of paying someone else to. It went on super easy with no issues. It also fit great on my Diadem and Friday paddles. I’ve had it on about a month now with no signs of releasing. Just order the correct size for your paddle thickness.

I’ve got this edge guard tape on all my paddles (6). I’m an aggressive players constantly taking digs. I’ve even been known to drop or “lightly” toss my paddle at times.The prolyte holds up every time.I used to use electrical tape and it’s simply not even close. It’s also greater than or equal to the Selkirk edge tape. You will keep your edges nice and safe in this. 100% recommend.

Easy to apply and works great so far

The media could not be loaded. I am a very meticulous and detail oriented person. I was worried about how this edge guard would fit in terms of size on the paddle. On my 16mm diadem 18k it perfectly overlaps the edges just slightly. Very clean look and material smooths out very nice. So nice that I decided to make this review! Would definitely suggest if you have a 16mm thickness paddle especially diadem brand
