Wife looked amazing in it, I ordered it for her and followed close to the recommendations on their size chart and it was good. The only bad thing was where the cut out was on her left side, it sags just a little she did not like but she still loved the dress!

Fits and looks better than picture
Was afraid a L wouldn’t fit, as I’m 5’7” and 170 curvy lbs. Fits and looks better than picture! Love!

Velvet Ropes Special Occasion Dress
The Velvet Rope women's one sleeve side cut out dress is both classy and attractive. The fabric is sheer and appropriate undergarments must be worn as to not show lines even with the slip that is sewn in. I ordered size small and I am 5 5 1/2 at around 115. A few faults that I found with the dress were around the armpits and side opening. The dress has a lighter color on the inside lining and when moving this color is somewhat revealed around the edging of the shoulder and cut out midsection. Though most would not notice this, I personally did not like seeing the inside lining. I personally thought that this dress is a bit of a tell-tale dress because of its form-fitting nature. It is pretty but less versatile than other dresses. Grab yourself a pretty clutch and scarf and be on your way.

Works with curves
I'm ready to give up on this brand of dresses. They appear fun but each one I've seen has problems if you don't have the ideal body for each dress. This is my favorite of the ones I've tried.The fabric is good in this dress but the slightly lighter lining has a tendency to show when the edges roll. The edges I've noticed are the arm area on the left side. I've found a few loose strings but no broken seams. You can wear a bra under this as long as the cup isn't a full coverage.I'm not sure when I'll be wearing this but it would probably work out to a club or a party although I don't think I could pull it off at an office party with the side cut out and the fact it is a mini dress.
