I purchased these socks as much review and research for the perfect, most comfy pickleball socks for my husband. They are his new fav on-court essential—these Thorlo socks bring cushion where it counts, keeping feet comfy and cool all match long. They are thick and hard to believe they are cool but they are and he plays in 90 degree plus, NC weather. They stretch but are not too stretchy but do give him the support he needs. Now that he approves, I'll purchase more for his 50 year old hurting tootsies:) And p.s. I purchased my husband a size L because according to the size guide, his size 10 shoe size would fit best in a L. And p.s.s., I am a size 9 womens and they are a little big on me.

Best socks for playing tennis. They're expensive, but they work. I wear them every day.

Was not sure that I would like these but not they are all I wear. They are a bit tall and I wish they came in colors other than white. But they really keep your feet comfortable. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe and had to order the large.

Good but pricy

My husband requests these at Christmas and birthdays—he has never requested specific socks before. Have a tennis player or other athlete in your life? I recommend these socks.

If you're looking for a thick tennis sock, this is the best choice. I've worked in the "industry" and this is what players who have access to all the products at cost, tend to pick if they need blister protection or to fill a shoe up. The one thing you should know if you haven't had these before is that they are thick. And probably aren't the best for an all day sock. Not that you'll have blisters, but they will accumulate sweat and smell by the time you take them off. Some socks out there you can get away with using more than once, if you air them out or whatever. But these are a one wear, one wash for me. For some shoes, or shoe+insole combos, this sock will make your shoe tight. However, tight is good as long as it's not pinching when playing. These are my favorite socks for playing (been playing over 20 years), and are my 6th pair... or more?

These socks are amazing. I used these for hockey 20 years ago and recently heard that they had a tennis version recently. I forgot just how much better your feet could feel with a pair of socks designed for a sport. I was blown away and that was after also trying a pair of Bombas. These are the best you can get for tennis and pickleball. You may need to go half a size up in your shoes if they already fit snug but I have narrow feet and my shoes still fit fine.
