Suppresses Appetite! I love this product so far. I take 2 in the morning 30minutes before breakfast with a glass of water and I end up eating less. I take 2 in the evening too, 30minutes before dinner. With a glass of water. And I eat very little at dinner. I feel full already before my first bite. The company says serving size is 2 a day. I assume meaning 1 in the morning and 1 later. I didnt feel as full with that dosage. But 4 a day, works for me. I may even try spacing out 4 a day with 2 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner. I will get back to you as to whether or not I lose any weight. As it is said, that it takes 1-2 months of consistency to see weight loss results. My version of the pills is 3200mg of garcinia cambogia extract. I havent had any side effects with that. Pricing is great too. It says 90 day supply. Due to my daily version, it will be a 45day supply.

I have used this brand of Garcinia Cambogia a few times and am always happy with the results. Curbs my appetite, and I can drop a few pounds with no side effects. I would buy this product again.

Did not work for me. I waited until week 3 of using this before writing a review in hopes it would start to take affect, but it hasn't. I eat a strict diet and workout by alternating running 2 miles and body toning. Was looking for a way to get a jump on the pesky pounds that refuse to budge. I haven't lost anything, not even half a pound with this and yes, my appetite was suppressed the first week, but went back to normal after that. After reading previous reviews, I was real excited to try this. Was disappointed every week I stepped on the scale. Guess it's not for everybody.

These work no joke i been taking them for 3 days now and on the 2 day i toke one before breakfast waited a hour are then took one at 11am waited another hour and at lunch time I wasn't even hungry my husband had to make me eat which is not normal I'm always hungry and wanting to eat them again at dinner usually im staving but still wasn't hungry these work!!! And i would recommend This to everybody who wants to lose weight i have more energy the pills go down easy and don't have a taste to them and they don't hurt my stomach and don't make me jittery I love it and you can't go wrong with the price for a 3 month supply

In the past year I've started paying more attention to my health and bettering myself. I workout regularly, BUT I love food and often have trouble with impulse control. (Bread products and salty junk food are my vices.) I don't use the product like they recommend. Instead, I only use it when my junk food cravings get out of hand. It's been helpful so far and I'm planning on buying another bottle. :)I don't like the idea of becoming dependent on a supplement for weight loss and stuck constantly buying it in fear of gaining weight if I stop. So like I said, I use it occasionally to stop craving and boredom eating when I notice a bad behavior pattern starting. Generally when the bad behavior begins I also plateau with my workouts or do less because I'm feeling crappy. And because I feel crappy, I lose some of my motivation, get less things done, and gain weight. Blah. It's a giant circle of negativity.With Garcinia it helps me get back on track and past those little hiccups. It's a helpful tool to make sure you don't give in for long.

This my second bottle I brought my 1st bottle 4 months ago and had great results without any exercise and diet. I have a sweet tooth and love eating but this product is a great hunger suppressant!
