Good customer service
Received it and tried it for 3 weeks, it wasn’t working for me had my hair feeling very greasy, but emailed customer service and they sent me a new wash (deep) and that one seems to be working.

A brilliant all in one item.
This is a really great item especially for someone who doesn't want to faff around. It does it all - shampoo, conditioner, mask and detangler all in one. Brilliant. Well worth the money.

Great product but very expensive,
I really like this. I have quite greasy hair and I used to shampoo every day as my hair looks greasy after a day, and with this I wash every other day. I love how it is on day 1 and I like that my hair is less flyaway and stripped. Day 2 is fine but not as nice as day 1. HOWEVER: you need to use quite a lot of it and it’s spectacularly expensive. I am on the lookout for a cheaper alternative.

Fine hair? Save your money... far better out there..
I added this to basket and was contemplating it... my husband then checked out with something else and purchased in error. I debated returning as for the price I couldn’t see anything being that good but I got sucked in to try it. The first few washes were really awful, scalp was so itchy. 2 weeks in that seems to have calmed down a bit. The smell in the shower was ok not offensive but not great, but once the hair was dry it smells like I haven’t washed my hair in weeks, I have persevered (mainly due to the price tag), I have to wear my hair up to prevent it looking greasy by lunchtime. I would say it has improved slightly in the 2 weeks but at £55 for a tiny pouch that you have to use loads of each time and still be washing my hair every day I shan’t be buying any more. My hair is fine, shoulder length with a natural wave and usually requires washing every day, from the reviews this seems to work better for people with thick dry hair or people with psoriasis. Maybe if I persevere it will wow me but at this price It would have to work absolute miracles...

Magical Stuff
Magical stuff that makes my hair curly and happy. It’s just INCREDIBLY expensive. I guess it’s going to work out at about £3 for each wash. One for an occasional hair treat, rather than more regular use.

This product doesn't work so don't waste your money
Coming from someone who REALLY tried with this product abd stuck it out for months because apparently it takes time....this shampoo does not work, so don't waste your time and money. If you are someone who has hair that genuinely gets visibly oily after 1/2 days, this product will NOT get you to a point where that is no longer the case/ you no longer shampoo. If anything, I felt I was washing my hair more than usual. Still looking for the miracle solution!

All Hype and poor result
I have fine hair that’s highlighted and dyed professionally. Plus a lot of virgin natural hair mixed in with that too. This product makes my hair extremely greasy in very little time but also lacking shine and rather limp. The waxing feel makes me think it has a lot of silicone in it. It’s certainly not worth the money. I now feel I’m reluctantly using it because it’s a lot of money but might give to a friend who might work better with it. I would recommend instead the Aussie Hemp range, Moroccan Oil range and the Maui range. The rest you might as well buy any cheap shampoo and conditioner.

After using it for 2 months I returned to my previous shampoo that was letting my hair full of volume, shiny and just beautiful. I kept the brush, that I still use :)

Amazing no suds cleanser

Feb this year I was forced to shave my head due to a hairdresser screw up. I landed chemical burn on my scalp and 3/4 of my hair fell out. I swore my hair was done. I got NEW WASH because I've used it before for my daughters plaque psoriasis so I know it's an incredible product. This hair wash has done magic to my scalp and hair. My hair has grown a ton. If I dont see someone for 2 weeks they notice the growth. Not to mention how healthy my hair is 😁😁😁 PLEASE DONT STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT....

Not to brag, but I have AMAZING hair! It’s 100% my best asset (I lucked out with phenomenal hair genes). It’s long, thick, air dries to beachy waves, blow dries straight or holds a kinky curl forever if I tell it to. So this product’s claims had me intrigued. I already only wash my hair every 4 days and don’t mind no suds. But the first time I used this, it took me 19 pumps to evenly coat my hair! At the insanely ridiculous price of $40 for 8 oz (8 oz is nothing), those with long, thick or coarse hair will burn through this product so quickly. Don’t get me wrong, I will drop money on my hair - IF A PRODUCT WORKS - but this product is not worth it! After washing, I let my hair air dry. The look, the feel everything is the same as it is with my normal shampoo and conditioner. So basically I'd rather buy my salon shampoo and conditioner (organic and also SLS free) at $40 for 67.6 oz that lasts months. Of course I will use up this bottle and see if the results change whatsoever but so far I feel I've just been bamboozled really well by New Wash's marketing. I’m really curious to see allll the R&D that went in to formulate this product, especially when the SLS has been omitted (cost savings to the company right there). It's not like they're inventing the wheel with sulfate free shampoo. But they certainly are reaping all the profits as they've cut out regional distributors, bulk sales to salon owners, box retailers and e-tailers. I feel if they truly cared about the environment (like Toms, for example) and wanted to make a difference in the hair industry (e.g. like Aveda), they should get in touch with reality and bring that price point down.
