Twisted Gamer needs to take it back to the drawing board
The Twisted Gamer Insidious mouse pad is one of those products you want to give the benefit of the doubt. That whatever cons encountered are "trivial" things that can be overlooked. Twisted Gamer is one of those new budget line of gaming peripherals that hit the market. One of the most surprising things about Twisted Gamer is they actually respond to customer emails. You can tell from their responses that they eagerly want to succeed and deliver a positive experience. Their mouse is excellent for the price and would highly recommend. But this mouse pad leaves much to be desired.Immediately out of the package, you will find the pad doesn't stay put at all. It slides all over the place. I thought, "Okay, maybe there is some protective film on the back." Nope, turns out there isn't. I tried on three different surfaces that consisted of a wood desk (not fiberboard), tempered glass, and a plastic table. The only one it stayed on was the plastic. Disappointing. But at least it will work well when you pull out T.V. Dinner tables. You can avoid this issue by two means. One is setting your mouse DPI/CPI to something outrageous (like over 6,000). The other is an elcheap'o gaming desk (plastic table).Well one con noticed so far, but was going to overlap a keyboard on top. No problems there. Unfortunately, you'll run into another issue. The logos on the pad get in the way. Forget about running your mouse over the clown or brand logo. Your sensor will go haywired over disgust. Some companies like Steelseries and Roccat incorporate the graphics into the pad itself, so it has absolutely no interference with your mouse. The logos on here get in the way of the tracking and slow down your swipes. The rest performs about average. It is no better than your Wally world one, but it is a larger size. You can purchase a superior one for about three dollars more. And that one will probably outperform this by a longshot. Plus, most have better durability too.The Twisted Gamer "Insidious" tries to make it into the gaming circle. It touts the same performance hypes as others, and claims to be for gamers. Unfortunately, I had high hopes compared to its mouse counterpart (have yet to try the keyboard). It neither performs nor delivers and frankly just a larger mouse mat with some fancier logos.*(Tested this pad with four different gaming mice with individual sensors. The Naga 2012, M65, G500, and Kinzu V2 - Pro edition. Only the Kinzu liked the pad because the red matched its color. The M65 despised it, and the Naga couldn't figure out what the hell it was on.)*

Great mouse pad for the cost
I recently picked this baby up a few weeks ago and so far it has been excellent. I use a fairly large mouse (Logitech G700s) and it works perfect on it, there is plenty of room and fits my desk nicely. Compared to other mouse pads I have seen this one is quite thick and is comfortable for your wrist. Previously I used a mouse pad with a large gel wrist rest on it and transitioning from that to this was surprisingly good. My one and only complaint about this pad is it likes to shift position after a short while of use even though it has a rubber textured bottom. Perhaps the coating on my desk helps it do that, but I can imagine if you used a glass desk it would grip absolutely fine. For the money you pay it is money well spent.

really good mouse pad
bought this mouse pad today, it works perfectly for 7 bucks (amazon prime) but the reason i gave it 4 star is because of the size of it (between a regular mouse pad and a goliath) plus the print is not designed with the mouse pad but its on the outside so when you run your mouse over it it doesn't go off and you have to lift your mouse up. but this has barely happened to me so it is a pretty good mouse pad and i recommend you buy it.

XL mouse pad
Up until now I have been using the $2 mouse pads you find at Walmart, this thing can't even be compared to those. My logitech G9x mouse glides well and has great precision on the cloth surface, the pad is very thin and comfortable to use. My only issue is that the backing material has a serious issue when trying to get a grip on my glass desk, but I was expecting that (not much grabs onto glass). The red and black theme goes great with my desktop's red fans, and my microsoft sidewinder keyboard. It doesn't hold onto crumbs dust or other crap the way my older mouse pads have either. If you're looking for a replacement mouse pad and have the room, go for this. I'll certainly be getting another of these if mine wears out.

Quality Product
For the price, it is very well put together, and a very fine material that makes moving a laser sensor mouse across it incredibly easy. The only thing that annoys me sometimes, is that the symbol is pretty sticky. If you're playing an FPS game, and run the mouse over the bottom right or top left, it messes with the precision slightly.Other than that, I would recommend this product.

Pretty Awesome
Before I start, I have to say that if you own a gaming mouse, you really should have a gaming mouse pad. If you don't have a gaming mouse pad with your gaming mouse, It's like having a lamborghini With 5.00$ tires, They just don't work together. But, on to the mouse pad Itself. The mouse pad itself is actually really really good. The only thing wrong with this product is decals on this mousepad, They are made of a rubbery type of material so when you have your mouse over it, the mouse kinda sticks to the decals. But I'm sure that over time the more you wear down the decals over time they will become less and less annoying.

and I like that it is slightly oversized
I've been using this for a while now, and I like that it is slightly oversized. The top layer with the design has started to peel away from the edges, and looks like if you were to pull it, it would tear off. Not bad though, as I have logged about 250 hours of FPS gaming on it.

It's just an "ok" mouse pad. I've owned it ...
It's just an "ok" mouse pad. I've owned it for awhile now, and I wish I had purchased something else. My main gripe with the mouse pad is the logo on the bottom left. The mouse doesn't move smoothly over it, so it really cuts into the available space that you have to work with.
