Excellent Customer Service
Received this bag that was well-packed and well-equipped with the essentials for preparedness. The bag appeared sturdy and durable.The bag was shipped out much quicker than we had expected it to be.If we had known we were receiving this bag in such a timely manner, we would have kept this quality and really well-thought out bag. However, originally the bag was due to arrive later, so a family member wanted to order items separately so we would have all ready sooner if there was an emergency.I tried to cancel the order for the Redfora bag the next day, but the bag had already shipped out. I called Amazon and then received beyond excellent customer care from Meagan at Redfora.I must say that if our family member had not ordered separate preparedness items, some that were not returnable, we would have been so happy to keep the Redfora bag since it is a better value and overall better.

Great quality with a good inventory of items! It is heavy but that's because it is so filled with items! Would definitely repurchase!

Havent used it yet but i think it has everythig i neeed.. but the zipper broke on the bag when i first opened it so hopefully i wont have to move it anywhere!

Great emergency bag
Very well put together. Convenient bag. Seems like pretty good products, the flashlight works well. Priced it out myself before buying to see if it was worth the money and it certainly is.

Great product, but needs a more careful shipping company.
Plenty of items. Nice supply. When I opened the pack, it was already soaked with water, because several of the water pouches were punctured. Not sure if it due to the way it was packed or how the Shipper and Delivery company handled it. At least 4 of the emergency water pouches were empty and flat. Thank goodness all of the supplies were covers in sealed plastic bags. Despite some of the water already being gone, this kit does have plenty of emergency items.

Very pleased
Disbelief of how much this bag contains. We immediately tried the wind up flashlight. It turned on and we charged my phone with it.
