great customer service
we bought this and the family used it night and day! we all LOVED it! for some reason after 1-1/2 months it stopped working properly. i wrote to the company and they offered to replace or refund. We loved it so much that we wanted a replacement. They sent it right away with excellent customer service! We are loving it! My husband melts chocolate with milk and makes himself a hot chocolate. I make myself lattes. It is incredible and the kids love it also! I have two friends who are going to order now also seeing how much we love it! I would definetly recommend this product. It also cleans so easily, just put in dishwasher!

WOW! Excellent! Found it!
This is a well-functioning, easy-to-clean warmer/frothing machine that froths BOTH hot or cold milk. Streamlined and steel, with a handle and simple flat lid, the frother and the lid have a pour spout to not spill while pouring. After reviewing several warmer/frothers for weeks, and after two other duds I have used, I selected this one. THIS one is the absolute best! Perfect size, cleans great, froths excellent and warms quickly! Have used almond milk and frothed a mountain. On a second drink preparation, added matcha powder to almond milk and it is a perfect hot matcha tea and made it with whole milk and with both milks, it froths to a very creamy and dense consistency. I added flavored coffee creamer to the milk for the gourmet cappuccino, it is wonderful and tried the cold froth and it was rich and creamy. This little machine cranks out gourmet-level froth! SO happy with this product and the for the very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I love this thing
I use it almost every day to make latte on top of my coffee. I like that it's stainless steel without non-stick stuff. I avoid things that are toxic to myself and/or the environment. It's easy enough to clean and looks great (a steel wool works great and easy). It does take a few minutes, but I just arrange my kitchen tasks accordingly. Overall I love it but I am disappointed sometimes. It doesn't have entirely consistent results. Some days it'll make four inches of a light foam, but sometimes it doesn't work as well. My daughter gets quite disappointed then I remind her that even when it's not working as well as last time it's always better than at a cafe. I try to see a pattern of why it works better sometimes than others. The wisky thing is magnetically held to the bottom and I imagine that 2nd runs might have a coat of milk between it and the cup. Except sometimes the second run is better than the first. Either way I always enjoy the results when I look at what I actually got rather than how good it sometimes gets.

compact size, froths more than just milk.
Update: Died with a few months. Now no longer available, no warranty.I drink about three mochas per day, so consequently I steam a lot of milk. Typically a machine will last me about a year, and I've tried about five different models. The Secura is one of my favorites. It is made from a pretty heavy-duty stainless steel, easy to clean and relatively fast to heat. The one drawback is its fairly large, and does not steam soy or almond milk well at all. It nevertheless delivered milk for three mochas per day for close to a year. In this day and age of built-in obsolescence that's probably pretty decent for 45 dollars. The JIMHOMN brand is similar in design, but occupies a smaller footprint, which I like. Heating time is slower than the secura, but overall on par and produces a pretty good froth. It's easy enough to start your milk ahead of the coffee, and find a rhythm pretty quickly. The added plus with this machine is it will in fact froth soy and almond milk. I don't use almond milk in my coffee very often, but occasionally I like soy, and is nice to have a machine that can handle it. The center strainer (spring frother) is pressed in place, and wonder over the long haul if it will wear and just not fit anymore. That would be a concern with this machine. You don't have to remove every time for cleaning but it's nice to remove on occasion. Other models don't have this pressed in strainer, so again I see this as a weak point over the long haul. It's within about four dollars of the Secura, so kind of a tossup. Pluses are it's smaller and takes up less counterspace, and has the removable pitcher and can do more than just milk. Disadvantages is the longer processing time, center strainer that's likely to wear out prematurely.Overall it's a keeper for me, but hard to review these things without giving them about a year. They all tend to fail within the first year.

Buy one now, if you like froth milk in coffee
Owned a different brand before I bought this one, was hard to clean. Not this one, so very simple and the heater works like a champ. First one to come I could not pop the whisker off (the wire thing that spins) so contacted seller, bam new one in mail. Very good company to back there product. Have told several finds and colleagues about this product. If you need frother, Don’t pass this one up

NOT easy to clean
For the bad: it is not easy to clean at all. The milk with burn onto the bottom each time, and if you use it for more than1 frothing, the burned on milk turns brown. It sticks very strongly to the stainless steal and requires scrubbing with elbow grease every time, even after soaking in hot soapy water for hours. It does not get clean in the dishwasher. We had one with a non-stick surface which cleaned easy, but it stopped spinning after about 4 months. The little caps on the handle fall off. Also the little frother wheel requires a good tug to get it out, not just pulling the tab on top. Gotta get your hand all the way into it and grab the enter wheel with a good yank.As a frother, it's pretty good. It's quick, makes good froth. It is not noisy. Just all the other things make it "I wish I didn't buy this one"

Fantastic Frother!
I love this frother! I had been looking for a stainless steel one for years and finally saw this one. I am able to make my favorite coffee shop drinks (matcha latte and turmeric latte). I also use almond milk and it froths just like regular milk. The milk is also heated to the perfect temperature. My drinks taste great and I am saving so much money being my own barista.

Good buy
I use creamer and it gets frothy. You turn it on and it takes about 30 seconds. It turns off on its own. Works well. Cleans up well. Heats up fairly well. But can also froth it cold. It’s a good buy.
