Before receiving these jump ropes I was excited because the aesthetic looks pretty cool, like a lightsaber or something.Upon receiving them, I noticed immediately how big the grips were. They are like holding two bratwurst sausages and personally, when I jump rope, I prefer very minimalistic grips. And sturdy ones at that..That is the next thing I noticed.. while the grips are comfortable, you can immediately feel how cheap and light they are. Its not that they are plastic... I think most jump rope grips/handles will be some kind of plastic, but this sh*t is dirt cheap!!*** The most important part of this review *** while trying (in my first session) to calibrate the jump rope length... aka I was just jumping while listening to music to figure out the right length... the rope gets caught on my foot, as it does... when you know? you know jump rope? and the rope falls to the ground and immediately one of the grips cracks at the top 'cuff' where the rope meets the grip. Consequently the rope can no longer stay inside the grip, rendering it effectively totaled.In other words, these are extremely poorly designed. The cheap plastic that I speak of, literally cuffs the rope into the grip and i imagine all it really takes to break this cuff, is like dropping a 4 lbs book on it. What kind of design is that? lol.I have a pair of old school ropes that I love, the only reason I bought these is cause I wanted a slightly longer one as I outgrew my older ones. Kinda boggles my mind how you mess up a jump rope design.Dont buy these.

I like the ease of use and design that enabled me to reduce the size of rope in 5 minutes. I cut only one rope out of the 2 pack as one is for my daughter and the other one is for my wife. The size is perfect for an adult. It is light weight however accidental touching will hurt you bad as they are good quality ones. Be careful. I think these will be durable considering the quality of ropes.

Disappointed…. The rope spins around in the handle and for me I don’t like that it makes it feel less secure. And after a 10 minute jump the bottom of the handle fell off. Thank goodness there’s two but I haven’t started again to see if the second one will hold up

This rope is perfect! Light weight with great handle grips. After several attempts to actually jump over the rope I got the hang of it. I also found that this rope is very durable as my clumsiness resulted in excessive pulling on the rope and handles, the rope still remained perfect.

Ugh.Bought this thing literally three days ago. Have used them three times. And as you can see in these pictures I’ve uploaded, the rope is already broken in two places.

I bought this jump rope to motivate myself to get some daily exercise everyday. Since I never enjoyed running outdoors this has become part of my exercise routine and I am very grateful for it. The jump rope is easily adjustable and I had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Good item. Will probably get some more in the future.
