These little 0 calorie electrolyte packets are sooo super good. They're so convenient and practical. They literally stopped me from waking up in the middle of the night to urinate 5 times. I sleep completely through the night and am super hydrated without adding "water" bloat to my body. I will be buying the larger jar. All flavors are so delicious. I really loved the grape and lemonade. All are super cool neon colors in water.

The flavor at times has a hint of children’s grape medicine but we looooooooove these electrolytes. They help you hydrate, if your blood sugar is dropping it helps to bring it back up. We buy these again and again. I like to buy all the different flavors
