Heat Immediately activated on skin
This lotion work great with waist trainer ; Also once’s you’re apply lotion you feel the Heat Immediately activated on skin. So I suggest using it while exercising with nothing over the skin to prevent any skin irritation. My skin is a lot smoother, softer. The burn is strong so be prepared to experience extreme heat with each application. I do circular motions when applying and then I use my waist trimmer. I will continue to use this cream, my goal is a total reduction of 5 inches around my waist.Other than that the this product is well worth the buy

Amazing product - very effective and friendly to the skin
This slimming cream is amazing! It does everything that is mentioned on the description and it comes with clear instructions on how to use it. The cream feels so nice on your skin - my skin in very sensitive and dry, however this cream moisturises it and helps with the dryness, plus I love the smell of the cream. It is also very pleasant to touch, easy to massage on your body and it doesn’t have a sticky effect. I’ve used this cream for a while now and noticed its effect within days!I would recommend this product to others, it was definitely worth my money!

It’s good
It’s very easy to use but the smell is NASTY, once you sweat it gives off this metallic smell. But you SWEAT. Everyone use to compliment me in the gym for sweating a lot on my back and arms.I don’t use it religiously though, as I’m scared of the long term health effects. So instead I use it every 2 days - after using it consistently for 2 days my body started to sweat more by myself and I didn’t need it anymore.But everyone said the smell is nice they are lying. Use a small bit and especially around your waist and lower back area - you SWEAT

Good product.
Arrived on time. Brilliant product. Starts working immediately, but works better when you exercise after applying. Makes you sweat more in that area. Shame the tube is small. Would have liked it to be bigger for the price. But compared to other skin products not a bad price.
