Wheels up…actually on the floor!
These wheels, front and back, fit great on my husband’s walker. The best thing is I removed the ‘skis’ that had been on two of the legs. The skis really scratched up our floor but the wheels turn smoothly, glide nicely on the floor and is much easier for him to maneuver. So far, so good. Recommend.

The new back wheels.
I like the back wheels a lot, but the front wheels want to catch on tiles and concrete so I put my old ones back on. So far they are moving over the tiles and concrete good. The new front wheels would catch on the concrete outside which made the walker want to turn over in the front. I could see myself going forward and me falling. What can I do with the front wheels since I can’t use them?

Like the dual wheels
The dual wheels are great. Tried installing the swiveling wheels on the front of my walker. They made the walker very squirrelly, couldn't control it very well. Ended up removing the swiveling front wheels. The dual rear wheels with brakes work very well.

Reduces space between sides of walkers
Works like it should, but I'm a fairly big person and it reduced the space between the sides too much for me.

Didn't meet our expectations
We thought you'd be able to walk with this thing but the brakes, which works via pressure-by-pushing-down on the walker, too-easily activates. So if you have the tendency or the NEED to lean on the walker, you may find it difficult to keep it from stopping. That said we had hoped that there would be SOME kind of sensitivity adjustment to alleviate that issue but it doesn't appear that is so. It came with no instructions so we don't know if we missed something or not but we're not keeping this.

Additional wheel prevents failure
The 2 wheel per leg design is far better than the one wheel version. When depressing the brake the single wheel flexes and failed. The larger diameter and two wheel design is far better. In addition the front swivel wheels allows more control then the fixed wheels. Worth the $$$.

Much easier to guide and steer
I did not like the double wheels for the front. They “wobbled”. So, I used the back replacement wheels only.

Patient choice
My wife enjoyed her adaptability. She is thankful for the ease of getting over cracks and poor surfaces. Also, she moves around the house better with less strain on her body.. However, some medical personnel feel that there may be a possible problem with the front wheels. However, my wife still uses her adapted walker outside of the house. So long as there is an elevation of the front wheels as opposed to the rear wheels, I don't see a problem.
