I love this product. Once you learn how to use it, it's really easy to use... can't even feel it's there. it also has a very convenient case. I would definitely recommend this product

I think the concept and idea is great, however even though I have had a child I did struggle getting it in and had to persevere with it abit with some lubrication.. ..unfortunately it somehow during intercourse got knocked or somehow twisted inside out so was really hard to get out and had to get some help removing it.since then I have continued to use it in conjunction with a natural neem cream as spermicide, so far it has been effective contraception however I personally still have issues with getting it out....this may just be a personal thing, as my cervix is very far back so don't be put off by that.I think it's a great alternative form of contraception it's just in my case it's a little fiddley but i'm willing to put up with that. Also once it's in it's actually pretty comfortable and I didn't notice it during intimacy

This is a good idea if you have problems taking the pill, using a coil etc. You also have to feel comfortable touching yourself. It took me a few attempts but now I can position it easily. I have used it many times and only once has it moved during sex. The only thing I didn't like is you have to leave it in for 6 hours after sex.
