ZenToesPlantar Fasciitis Relief Strips Night Splints to Relieve Heel and Arch Pain - Pack of 7

This was the first time I had used a product like this. I did not even know such a product existed till somebody mentioned it, so I thought I'd try it out. I woke up the next day without pain for the first time and could place my foot on the floor without wincing. I am still not okay and continuing to use this...but one must realize that the road to healing with plantar is long, and a mix of foot stretches, physio and this product will get me there.

My heel’s been killing me from plantar fasciitis for four days since I hiked 2 miles. I just received the few items I ordered for relief including this tape. One thing is going back because it did nothing for the pain from the pressure of walking. The others are insoles that are meant to be preventative. This tape finally gave me the relief I needed! The reason seems to be that it helps immobilize the plantar fascia that’s irritated and causes pain when you step on it, giving it a chance to heal. This is just from taping the bottom of the foot (as shown). You can also apply one around the foot at the arch for more relief but haven’t tried that yet. Glad I tried this!

Still trying out product, hoping helps relieve foot pain which is very new after many years of working on my feet, 10 hour days is excruciating

Don't waste your money this tape is hard to work with . The peel is hard to get off then the tape does stick well to the foot . Doesn't have Great foot support I recommend the PFT tape it works really well and is easy to work with.

Not the best for its purpose! The glue is quite sticky, simply wasn’t what I expected as compared to another brand.

I have used these for more than a year. I wear them throughout the day to help with the pain of plantar faciatis. It helps tremendously and allows me to walk my 4-5 miles I try yo do daily. Still some minimal pain but so much better when I wear them. Recently, I have found that if I remove them carefully I can get another wear out of them which is a plus. I have tried many products but this one has been tops with support and pain relief while walking.

I have used plantar strips like this before, but these were bad quality. The adhesive separated from the material after only a few hours of wearing. The adhesive was cracking into pieces as I picked it off my foot. Plus, the adhesive seemed like it wasn't intended for skin.
