I used to be a big fan of Schiek lifting products but during the last couple of years their QC has really declined. I was looking forward to getting this belt and annoyed to see yet again another possible great product fall short due to fabrication issues. Returned and I’m done with Schiek.

its a small belt better to buy wider belt it feels more like a rope rather a weight lifting belt and im average build guy, 172cm/70kg

This is a High Quality weight belt. And when I lost 25 lbs there was enough room to use a leather punch and make a size adjustment. As a matter of Fact, ALL of Schiek Sports equipment is fantastic.

This belt will take some breaking in, but once the leather is worn a bit it is pretty easy to get on & off. I am 5'5" tall & weigh 130. Size small is good for me, although I am on the second-to-last hole. If you have a very small waist, look for an extra small.
