Easy to set up and works great. This scale matched our other scales in the house without any adjustments. The wheels and handles make it easy to move and store. Still has some weight to it. My parents are elderly and picking up anything that is 20lbs or more from the floor would be a struggle and this scale is every bit of that. If you are able to pick up 20lbs from the floor then you should have no problem.

This scale may work for those with manual chairs but will NOT WORK FOR THOSE WITH POWER WHEELCHAIRS. Upon looking back, you can see a hint of shadow underneath the scale, but it was not clear on quick glance. Additionally, it appears that you can get a different weight depending on how the weight is dispersed on the scale.

This is an excellent scale. Easy setup.

I gave it a 4 star, but it could have been a 5.... the instructions are not very clear. I am 68 and need a simpler how to instruction.

The scal was a heavy weight. And it worked well.

Inaccurate weights! Bought for a facility and can’t even use it! And, the customer support is no good!

If I could write this product is zero I would. I am so heartbroken and disappointed I have MS and am in a wheelchair. I was put on a diet and the scale told me that I had lost 12 pounds in three months then told me a week later I gained 26lbs. then come to find out the scale has been broken this whole time and was never accurate. I cannot return this item because it’s after 30 days but I am so upset that it was not accurate and that I made no progress during this diet and even if I did there was no way of accurately knowing.
