I wanted to have a tool set for our second home. This set has come in extremely handy. It is comprehensive for the money and while not heavy duty enough to tackle major projects is great for minor household chores like hanging pictures, tightening screws, drilling small holes etc. What I most like is that each tool has its place in the kit,along it extremely easier to find the tool you need rightbawayt.

As a man, I really like that all the tools that I usually need are all in one convenient container.I can easily carry this tool kit in one hand. I am a new home owner and have never used a drill. Before spending heavy bucks on Milwaukee I thought to give this a try to hang pictures and curtains as a practice. And it does the work.I will give it to my friend’s 15 year old son once my Milwaukee arrives.

this is a great "starter set", i.e. i am not handy whatsoever, but sometimes i need tools to hang a picture or something. only 3 stars, though, because the drill in this SUCKS. i can't use a hammer because of the type of walls in my apartment, so i purchased this set over others specifically for the drill. too bad it can't get a screw in the wall.

I purchased this tool kit, and it was fine, but then the power drill stopped working. I had only used it a few times and couldn't get it to work again. I contacted customer service by email, explained the situation, and to my utter surprise, they sent me an entirely new tool kit as a replacement without even sending the old one back! I corresponded with customer service in China, and the lady who I corresponded with was a pleasure to deal with. Shortly thereafter, I received my new set by mail, and I was very happy! It is amazing what can happen if you actually take the time to reach out when you have a problem. I was polite with my request, and they did ask me to provide proof of purchase and a video showing the drill was not working, but I was fine providing them with those items. The new set came very quickly from their warehouse in California. I am a satisfied customer and pleased that this company stands by their products!

Great household toolkit. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. My wife leaves my tools in the garage now. We cleaned up the miscellaneous mess we had of leftover tools in the house drawer since we purchased this tool kit. The battery powered drill/screwdriver is perfect.
