Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The description states that the fixture has three light settings, we only had two light settings working and after a minute the lights would flicker to a point, that the light was unusable. The seller offered $30 refund if we hired electrician to fix the fixture. I declined because it was not a simple fix and it would cost a lot more to have it repaired. I had to ship the fixture back for a refund and paid for shipping which was over $100. So be aware of shipping policy before you buy it and it arrives broken.

Very unpleasant experience with the seller, the item looked cheap and was broken when received. So I contacted the seller, he went back and forth asking for pictures and how he’s gonna see if it’s even worth the return. I contacted him as soon as I received the item. Don’t buy, this item definitely not worth over $200!

Remote never worked. Constant beeping. Seller would not respond.

Tried tracking my package and it wont allow me. It keeps saying pending or does not exist. Ive tried many different possible tracking sources. Can someone help me find the right tracking site?

Wish the light was a dimmer light.

I absolutely love this ceiling light and fan. It's beautiful and so practical. I wanted a ceiling fan but not a typical one where the blades are exposed. This is perfec! It's quoted and you have 3 different settings for light and for the fan. Makes the room look so amazing! I bought 2. One for each of my kids bedrooms. The install was a little tricky. I had to help my husband, I held the light while he tweaked everything so it would line up with the screws. We got it though and it was SO worth the wait and the little inconvenience of installation. I will definitely buy more for my other bedrooms. I wanted to post pics but there isn't an option. They truly looks fabulous!
