This is a very high quality perfume and I do believe it is unisex. It has a bit of a sharpness from the cypress when first sprayed but it soon settles down to a sandalwood DREAM!! I adore this and as a woman, I will wear it proudly!! This is the exact type of sandalwood fragrance I have been looking for...the unicorn of sandalwoods! It lasts very nicely...just be sure to not overspray. I love this fragrance and plan to purchase a back-up bottle very soon. What a fragrant dream! LOVE LOVE LOVE this perfume and would recommend!

All the reviews are accurate, For me i love the dry down that will last on your skin well past 10 hours or more. For me the top notes of the cypress throws me off a bit. Its a blast of strong scent nothing sweet to break it up. I love the performance, its a beast mode fragrance. I might need to gift this to a friend. I will give it another try. The bottle is amazingI gave it another try and it smells amazing. I realized I sprayed to much the first time. I think three sprays is enough. I love it. The dry down is even better. If you like spicy and peppery fragrances this is it.

I only just got this and put it on to test it and wow, this scent is powerful and smells incredible.The scent is super warm, spicy, and honestly I just feel like I smell amazing.The packaging was extremely luxurious, I was expecting it to come in a paper box like most of the other cheaper perfumes I've gotten, but imagine my surprise at the nice box inside that was keeping the bottle safe and sound through the entire shipping process!I just got it and will of course update with my thoughts after using it long term, but so far this is a fantastic buy worth every cent.

The cypress note is very strong, reminds me of men’s toiletries and aftershave. I can’t help associating that “zesty, invigorating” note with male scents. I have to layer this with other perfumes to make it wearable. The quality of the fragrance, bottle, packaging is great though. I think I should have bought Amber Poivre instead of Amber Santal.
