Not unlocking
I faced very serious issue as the lock didn't unlock. I called Amazon helpline they provided mobile number of the concerned firm, the firm referred to technical team. They said you will have to cut it, but it was not possible to cut as there was no space beneath the paddle, see the image. Then I called out side mechanic who worked hard to understand lock but he failed. Ultimately he asked to provide WD 40 of pedelite and this worked after a lot of struggle. It took complete 2 hrs hard work.I request Amazon to ask company to improve design otherwise it may cause serious problem and inconvenience to customers.Fortunately I was in my home, cannot imagine if I would have been in parking area of a mall or market or even at home but had an emergency.Pl don't buy, as I read review generated by AI that this lock has this serious problem of unlocking.Returning the item with heavy heart
