If you are reading this review then I am sorry for your lose. I purchased a stone for my amazing dog Cole and it was meant as a means of closure. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. The man took my money and my pictures and NEVER made my stone. He would go months without returning emails and when he did he told us it was in the works. We told him we have been putting a trip to the mountains off so we can take the stone with us and he told us “the mountain huh sounds like you have a nice life”. We finally asked for our money back and that only happened when we got Amazon involved. I know he has positive reviews and I am sure we are the rare case but it only made what we were going through that much harder. We found another site that had us an amazing stone fast and less expensive.

The communication with the seller was excellent. The proofs gave me a nice choice of what I wanted. The stone was shipped very promptly and in very good condition. It's nice to see it in our back yard so that I can weather through my loss of a 14-year relationship with Sam, my little boy.

Stone Art USA did an excellent job on our beloved pet's marker. We were very happy with his work and it went beyond our expectations. We love our pet very much and he did an excellent job of honoring and memorializing her for us forever. We are grateful and I would highly recommend this company to take care of such a delicate matter.

I ordered a marker for my parents after the death of our family dog, Cleo. The first marker arrived with one of the corners broken off. Immediately after contacting the seller, a new marker was sent out and I received it 3 days later. They also let me keep the broken marker. I really apprciated their prompt and considerate customer service!

The workmanship by StoneArtUSA was beyond my expectations. Job well done & is a beautiful memorial for my beloved..One of their best practice is StoneArtUSA sends a prototype for your viewing to be sure it is the perfect memorial before shipping.

Amazing customer service and very sensitive too - didn't get second rate treatment just because I was getting a memorial for someone that wasn't a person. Turned out beautiful.
