Heddolf 318 Mhz Trinary Garage Door Opener Remote

I got this so I could have a second remote for when my friend's come over and stay in my underground parking garage. I thought that a $50 universal remote from the hardware store would be able to do it. It ended up not working at all, I cracked open the remote the building gave me, searched for the model number and found this guy. Works like a champ!

The wrong product was sent. The product that should have been sent was the Heddolf 318 Mhz (trinary ). The picture above is the trinary but the binary was sent. It is also a different color from the trinary

I ordered this because it is a match to the one they use at my apartment complex, I took it apart to solder it to another button to hide in my car so I wouldn't have a clicker falling down from my visor or cluttering up my car. It has been working well, easy to program and uses dip switches to program it like most garage door openers.

Works as a great replacement remote for my gated community. They wanted me to pay $75 for a new one. I smiled and said, "No thank you" and went on amazon. Has double the range of the old brick sized one I had when I bought my house. Would buy this thing again works great.
