EVIL ENERGY Coolant Overflow Tank, Radiator Overflow Bottle 800ml Aluminum Universal Black

I decided to try out this product because it’s very similar to a lot of other products. I was seeing online from reputable aftermarket retailers for a lot cheaper for my 1990 300 ZX TwinTurbo. I did not have a lot of room to work with after putting on multiple intercooler mods and having practically no space in the engine bay, but this was the perfect size that fit snug in between my brake booster, and my clutch master cylinder. The container itself is very well-built. The only problem I saw was that there was multiple pieces of debris inside the container, but a quick wash out with some distilled water and a shop rag, cleaned it out perfectly the hose clamps that come with It are pretty bad but work I’m just not a fan of that style of hose clamp and the hose that comes with It is OK just cheap feeling honestly if you have your own hose and your own hose clamps, this is worth the money just for the container.

Overall I think the product is good. It was used to add a coolant reservoir to a V8 swapped Miata. Not a lot of room in the engine bay, and this was small enough to fit. Total volume may not be sufficient considering the volume of coolant in the engine and radiator, and the heat it'll generate to cause fluid expansion. It's certainly better than the previous owner who just left the radiator to dump fluid on the ground when hot.Only complaint, which others have mentioned as well, is that the included hose internal diameter is too large for a good fit / seal on the barb on the radiator. Otherwise the product seems well-built, isn't tough to install, looks good, and does its job.

This can is very well made and came clean and ready to use. It fit the spot of the grungy old Kubota reservoir perfectly, and I believe the threaded lid will stay put much more nicely. It will be much easier to service. I can’t figure out how to upload a photo of the old reservoir, just properly show the improvement. The only thing that could be greatly improved is the 👿 brand name. 😀

Make sure to clean it out before use, a lot of metalShavings were inside from machining, paint scratches easily

Modified mine to drain to the ground if it overflows instead of shooting out the top all over the engine bay.
