Great bike! Wish the handles were a little thicker, but for the price can’t complain.

Very easy to assemble! It came mostly together. So all you had to do was put the finishing pieces on!! It sometimes makes a weird noise when riding it with the chain but that doesn’t happen often.

I had initially ordered a different bike and was sent this one - I messaged ZooVaa and they immediately refunded + allowed me to keep this one - top tier customer service.This bike is actually very nice, it came packaged securely - nothing was dinged or broken. It's mostly assembled out of the box, and the little assembly that is does require is outlined concisely in the manual.Operation is completely silent and smooth. Nothing is loose or annoying, the electronics look and feel cheap but they do work - and it's really just a bonus at this price point. I'd buy from them again, solid product and they stand behind it.
