They say to go up a size if you are between their sizes, but I found that there was some leeway in my first purchase. The garment was soft and felt good to wear so I took a deep breath and ordered another size smaller, that one is harder to get on but the effect is worth the struggle! They seem well made and strong, only slight criticism is that under a tight dress the seams show through as they are raised on the outside. Also I could see the label! I tried the garment inside out and the seams no longer show, also I cut the label off. The look is now perfect.

Bought this to wear under cycling lycra as dont want to horrify the car drivers!! It takes a fair while to actually get on as it is very tight - many reviewers of these kinds of items give bad feedback because "it is too tight"- but that is the whole point - if it wasnt tight it wouldnt be holding everything in! Anyway once actually squeezed in, it is surprisingly comfortable - i have so far done 3 × 25 mile bike rides in the heatwave weather we are having at the moment and basically forgotten im wearing it! Also there is no problem with loo stops as it is crutchless which although a bit disconcerting at first means you dont have to take it off -just as well considering the time it took to get on!! I was looking at several of these items and decided to go for the cheap one to see how i got on before wasting too much money on more expensive ones - but i am so impressed with this i wont be buying any others (apart from another one of these in the future). Thoroughly recommend (so long as you dont need to get dressed in a hurry!).

I’m a UK 16-18 cos I like a loose fit, bought XXL and it fits as expected although it does smooth bumps and lumps I feel it doesn’t pull u in that much therefore I should have chosen the size smaller, toilet whole is handy although wear smaller knickers cos u can’t feel them on the outside of the body so I kept imagining them falling to my ankles 😂

Just had my second baby and this makes me feel more confident in my body! Totally recommendable ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I cannot be pleased. There are some body suits where the cŕotcg opening is so small I'm not convinced you can see through it but thus opening is way too large. I personally did not feel comfortable without knickers with this garment. Plus I found,my thighs bulged through it becoming painful. It is tight to get on but thatx expected (size 16)

This is a beautifully made item in a lovely soft material. Unfortunately it was huge and the open crotch area was way too big. I bought the med size as I am a 10/12 . Had to return.

I am currently between a size 10 and 12, looked at reviewed and ordered a small. Size is perfect, has the required effect.The open back is not so great, definitely doesn't make bathroom use easy.The 'vest' at the back tends to roll up when I bend. When wearing leggings or trousers over it this isn't a problem.

It is as shown. Unfortunately it flattens your tummy and your bum. The crotchless section comes part way up bum. Because it flattens your bum too it means the part that is crotchless on the bum is not flattened. It makes your bum a strange shape.
