Awesome wiggly studio monitor stands for wiggly air
I purchased the Soundrise PRO-9 stands in black, and they fit my black Yamaha HS5s like a glove! These ergonomic, durable, yet relatively lightweight stands are the perfect height for my standing desk such that the tweeters sit at ear level such that sound does not reflect off of my desktop. I will say that the stands tend to bounce up and down (wiggle) quite a bit during use, especially when making beats, but that is the point (also, my desktop typically sits at ~4' given that I am over 6' so this is bound to happen anyway)! This simple design effectively dampens most if not all desk vibrations due to output sound and pounding on a push pad controller, especially when paired with foam wedges, and the subtly textured finish prevents the monitors from sliding. I was attracted to these stands 1) because there are no mechanical or adjustable parts that could fail, and 2) they are manufactured in the US. I was initially somewhat worried that my monitors would not stay on the stands because they literally sit on top without any binding or fastening. Since the aluminum is relatively flexible, albeit its thickness, the first time I saw the stands bounce around, I was worried they would fly off! Still, the monitors are heavy enough to not bounce off, at least at the volumes I record and mix at and the intensity of my playing! There were many complaints about the price for a "chunk of metal," but I think it's worth it given the quality, cost of materials, manipulation, etc.; I bet you couldn't replicate something like this with materials from your local hardware store! Overall a great addition to my home studio; I am very satisfied with my purchase. I hope you will be, too! Rock on!

Exactly what the Sound Doctor Ordered!
These stands are fantastic! Yes, they may seem a bit pricey for a couple of desktop speaker stands, but they're worth every penny! Plus, they are made in the USA!They are made of solid heavy-duty 1/4" aluminum and are bent into shape so that speakers up to 30lbs can be put on them, lifting them about 9" off the desk (putting them right at my ear level), but because of their awesome design, you can utilize all of the space beneath the speakers! If you tap the speaker while on the stand, there is an ever so slight 'bounce', but it doesn't impact the sound and it's not an obnoxious continual bounce, only when you tap the speaker itself. There is a hole in the back of each stand that makes it easy to route cables through to/from any components you might have under the speakers in all that saved space they provide!Very happy with my purchase.

Best WAF and overall look for living room credenza stands
The overall positioning of my speakers and sitting area are not optimal, due to having a low credenza where the speakers sit and large couch in front of it. Due to overall aesthetics, I'm not able to get proper speaker stands either, so it was actually a challenge to find good looking stands for living room use that are also tall enough to project the drivers over the back of the couch and into the listening area.I also tried the IsoAcoustics version, which achieves the same height but are far less attractive. The IsoAcoustics are maybe half an inch taller, plus they have the adjustable angle that these lack, but the look was unacceptable to my spouse.Due to the flex in these stands, it seems like they have the slightest downward angle, which is not what I was seeking (slight upward would be better), but it's not enough to complain about. They are supporting a pair of powered monitors that weight approximately 30 pounds each and they do have a slight bounce in them, but only if you push them. Otherwise, they feel very solid in terms of not tipping over side to side. They are quite pricey, so I can't rate them very highly on value for money, but they also feel like a high quality product and made in USA. I'm not even bothering to test them with and without the stands, because my listening position changes too much due to the couch interfering with the sound. They obviously sound way better when elevated to ear level, but I can't speak much about whether specific sound characteristics are improved. It's just not why I purchased them.

Perfect stand for Vanatoo Transparent One Encore
These stands fit the Vanatoo Transparent One Encore like a glove. Almost like it was custom made for that speaker. Stability doesn’t inspire confidence. There’s some shaking and wobble, but I suppose that inevitable given the c-shape design.Construction and finish is top notch, no complaints.Isolation? Nope. My desk resonates like crazy compared to the foam pads I used previously. Especially with bass that these speakers can put out.But these stands made the speakers sound a hundred times better. Maybe it’s the placement (now at ear level) or maybe the foam pads were to blame, I’m not sure. But where I used to play the volume at 60- 70, I’m now at 30-40. The stands opened these speakers up. Soundstage is wider, bass is deeper, volume is higher. And I gained more desk space by lifting the speakers up. Only downside is the poor isolation compared to foam. But the benefits far outweigh this issue, which honestly isn’t noticeable at normal listening volumes. Especially sitting so close to these soeakers at a desk.Overall. Great stands.

Overall Quality Product
These PRO-9 speaker stands have for sure helped out my at home studio. Fist off they lifted my monitors off my desk getting rid of all that unwanted resonance, and brought the tweeters of the monitors to ear level. That gave me an overall better sound, which is the whole point. They also freed up a bunch of space on my desk, so now everything looks and feels a lot more organized. They look really cool, the build quality is solid, they are made in America, and if you buy these speaker stands you're supporting a small business and that's always awesome. Overall great product.
