Keeps my ears free from wax
I have been using this product for years now, ever since I had to have hearing aids and had multiple infections and wax build up. I spray this in both ears every night when I take my hearing aids out. Some nights I can hear the crackling in my ears which I know indicates some was in there, and somehow it clears the wax. Works much better than the ones I previously bought from the pharmacy. I just hope they never get discontinued.

Ear spray
I've been using this for a few weeks now and can say without hesitation that it does not have any effect on tinnitus. In fact, I'm pretty certain it's made mine worse on some occasions. I use it regularly, though, as I suffer from ear wax and it was recommended to me by a nurse at the surgery for reducing wax and I have to say that since then, I haven't had blocked ears like I used to. One squirt in each ear per night seems to do the trick. I'm not sure why there is a suction power rating... it's a spray and has no suction whatsoever.
