Cut to Size
These do a great job in work shoes for comfort and arch support. They have lines to cut from full size to what is needed. Recommended.

and I have to say these are very comfortable. The arch is more prominent on these insoles ...
Let me start off telling you why I bought these.. I work in construction, and my boots last about a year. My insoles last about 3-6 months. So I have tried a lot of insoles, and I have to say these are very comfortable. The arch is more prominent on these insoles compared to Dr. Scholls, I thought I wouldn't like them because of this, but they broke in well. I will update after a few months to let you know how long they last. Thank you.

Price was a little high, I have seen similar ...
Price was a little high, I have seen similar quality products such as this for much less, for insoles in this price range there is much more support for the ball of the foot, these insoles had next to none for ball of foot.

These work well
Lasted 6 months and really a bit longer. On my feet all day in steel toe work boots and these insoles helped a lot. Think anti fatigue mat help.

Hard heel! Arch support too far forward. Dissapointed and can’t return.
These are the other pair of JobSite insoles i bougbt for my boots. The heel is formed into a squared of kind of bowl. It will not form to the heal. The underpart of the heel is hard plastic. Cushion is not thick and you can feel the plastic. The arch support on the insole is too far to the front. I ordered my shoe size but its hurts my foot more because of that. Really dissapointed because all reviews were good and i bought two pair for both of my pairs of work boots and now can’t return any of them. Terrible waste of money.

SOFTSOLES the best!!!!
I got them yesterday , I mean let me be honest , the soles feel good on my tennis shoes , the SOFT SOLES ones , these babies are the best, JobSite® Power Tuff Orthotic Boot Insoles -... are ok , I don't feel a difference on the shoes , I don't know if is a good thing , the arch isn't work for me on my combat boots , now we will see if they last ,I walk a lot on my schetchers . The reality is I am going to continue to use SOFT SOLES because they work for me , feet are very picky!! you have to get the best! and SOFTSOLES

Game Changer
Before now, I had no idea that entire insoles could be removed and replaced as in cartridge form. My job has me doing high mileage per shift. The original, flat insole wore out after about 6 months. These inserts made my boots feel better than new. The Fit was perfect. My work boots feel almost like a pair of sneakers. Highly recommend.

Great if you need arch support, avoid if you don't
Needed to replace the inners on my Danner Strikers, and these got great reviews. When they arrived, they felt like quality all round, very springy heel, soft velvety texture on top, just what I had hoped. I lay them on the floor, stood on them and they felt pretty good, although the skinny part where the outside of my arch touches the sole seemed a too slim. Then I put them in my boots. It felt like someone was pushing their thumb into the arch of my foot. I tried to wear them for half an hour and could not stand it. The heel was great, but the arch support was so overdone that I could not use them.Until I took a pair of pliers and a sharp knife to them. I removed all of the arch, leaving only a thin layer of foam padding like the rest of the sole. I even removed the plastic (yellow part) next to the arch - I just cut it all away. Now, they are great! So, the conclusion is - these are probably great if you need arch support as it is very large and protruding, and judging by the reviews where people claim they have problems and these solve it. But if you really don't need any more than the shoe normally comes with, avoid these as they really are not meant for people like us.I gave 3 stars as it took some work to make them useable for me, but this should not reflect to heavily on the product, as I think I am just not the feet they are targeting. I just wanted to put this info out there for anyone that may be able to avoid my situation with that knowledge.
