It works well for what I bought it for. Since it has a copper base, the stainless steel needed to work worth my induction stove takes some of the power away, so the stove refuses to work on the large burner. Also, high stir fry heat should not be attempted on a non stick surface.I got it for those dishes that have sauces that caramelize and muck up regular wild, like fried rice and general tsos.In that regard, its fine, just don't think that this is a full answer to induction Chinese cooking.

I bought this to use on an induction cooktop. My other pans, I use sitting on a silicon trivet. This one won’t work like that it has to be much closer to the cook top.Nice solid, well-constructed quality wok. And will work sitting directly on the cooktop. I returned it because it did not have cover.

Effortless to clean and store. Removable handle enables to pan to be used in the oven. I have several of these pans and after many years of use still look like new. I would have liked to have a choice of the colour of the handle as all my other pans have a pink handle but this is not a problem as the handles are all interchangeable.

Die Pfanne ist genial! Man kann sogar ohne fett kochen/braten. Die Oberfläche ist allerdings etwas empfindlich. Bitte nur Holzlöffel verwenden. Sie ist auch ein tolles Geschenk für Menschen die gern asiatisch kochen.

Demora algo en coger temperatura pero la distribuye y mantiene muy bien. Luego de casi 4 meses de uso, mantiene bastante bien su anti-adherencia y no presenta arañazos o daños visibles en su superficie. No es ligera, pero me he acostumbrado rápidamente. La recomiendo.

Ottimo servizio così come il prodotto

L'ho comprata qualche mese fa perché già possedevo un pentolino di questa marca. I miei fornelli sono a gas ( non ho la piastra a induzione) ma ritengo che la qualità di queste pentole sia molto elevata. Distribuiscono il calore in modo uniforme, non fanno bruciare le pietanze, non si graffiano. Inoltre, togliendo il manico (bastano due secondi per farlo) si risolvono molti problemi di spazio nel cassetto. Consigliatissima soprattutto quando è in offerta perché il costo è piuttosto elevato
