It works!
Extremely hard to feed in thru the valve stem, I had to break the bead on the tire to install a 10 oz bag in a 255-60 15 corvette wheel with an aluminum rim. The result, this stuff works!!!! These wheel are impossible to balance perfectly and always had a vibe somewhere within the speed range. These little balls did the trick. If you feel a little imbalance, within a fraction of a second it's gone.

5 Super Swampers superbly
I Do Not use the special valve core stems, as I've heard they plug and then you can not get air out NOR into the tires. I've been trouble free for a couple years. These balance out my 35x12.50x16.5 Super Swampers superbly, even though they have chunks taken out of the tread by the sharp rocks here in the San Juan mountains of Colorado.

I have used the ceramic beads first time useing these ...
I have used the ceramic beads first time useing these beads only have 200 miles on these tires with these beads they are doing the same job with less.I will have to put more miles on to see how they do with time and ware.

Cars only
May be great for cars, but oversize off road tires not so much. Beads take several miles to "settle in" and until then you have to deal with vibration and wobble. Then any little bump sets them out of balance and you have to go through it again. I have tried to find a "tech" department to no avail.

Works great in my tires 10oz per tire.
Used these in 38x14.5x17 mud tires on my 06 power wagon. These beads work awesome for me. I put 10oz. per tire. I know that certain brands of tires are harder to balance when they are spin balanced. The tires I have the beads in now dont require lots of weights when spin balance so that may be why the beads work so well in them. The only time I can feel a vibration coming from tires is when driving at very high speed. At regular driving speeds I have zero vibrations from tires. I've attempted to install them through valve stem and had bad results so I dont use that method. I have beadlock wheels so it's a little easier for me. I suggest installing them when your mounting your tires. Tire beads are used in lots of fleet vehicles and I work for a place with thousands of vehicles that all use beads and every vehicle I have driven doesnt have tire vibration. All the vehicles are trucks or vans so I cant comment on bikes or passenger cars.
