Health Concerns - Gastrodia Relieve Wind Formula - Gastrodia and Uncaria Chinese Herbal Supplement - Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin - Mind Relief - with Gastrodia Rhizome - 90 Count

I have been using this herbal formula for several years and find it extremely helpful for sleep, sore throat brought on by exposure to the elements (particularly wind!) and fatigue. This is my "go to" when I'm feeling run down. If it doesn't bring relief in a day or two, I switch to something stronger. Sometimes I use this concurrently with another formula, but don't recommend doing that without consultation with a professional.

She also, recommended that we feed organic grain free CANNED food to relieve any build up of toxins in her system.
