For chicken and pork This has become my absolute favorite rub. It has a Cajun/ sweet brown sugar flavor that is just different andstunning and deeply delicious.I made pulled pork for example. Cut a 5lb. pork roast into 2 in chunks. After rinsing them just rubbed this all over each piece. Stuck it in the crock pot with a quarter cup of water.Cooked for about 4 hours. Pulled it apart, and BOOYAH!I serve I'm really good roles with Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.For something like chicken you could do similar, or wheat grilled chicken and then right when it's about done I rub it and just put it on for another few minutes.I've also used it to roast potatoes.Truly it's a yummy, worth- trying flavor!I'm sorry the only photo I have is when my girlfriend slathered hers in barbecue sauce!
