Cambion Posted Heel Cushions - Pair - Men 8-10, Women 10-12

Helped my back a great deal. Went to physical therapy for my back and weak legs. Part of the problem, we discovered, is one of my legs is shorter than the other. This causes a lot of twisting in my back when I go for walks at the park. Or just in daily life. So now I wear these in all my shoes. Matter of fact, when I wear flip flops or sandals for more than an hour (and, of course, they don't have these pads), my back and legs hurt later that night. And it can take up to three days to return to normal. These are a life saver and are well made and comfortable.Also, I was not sure what size to get. My shoe size can run from a 9 to a 10.5 (women). I bought this size and it worked out perfect. Not too large at all.Size I bought: Men 8-10 / Women 10-12

Don't stay in place after awhile but do seem to turn feet back in for my under pronation (supination). Maybe not the perfect answer but worth a try. Knees will feel a little fatigued at first so they are doing something, your call if it is the right thing.

I wear these under a sofsol max arch/comfort or a green superfeet insole, great cushioning and change the wear on my shoes from just the outside corner of the heel to the entire outside edge of heel, hopefully the shoes will last a little longer I'm a letter carrier and I need all the help I can get, been diagnosed with pf but stretching, splints, pt, have not helped but my feet like these. will order more.

I had doubts these would help with the tendonitis in my heels caused by severe supination. They are amazing. Cushions the heel and lifts up the outer edge so that your foot rotates properly. They don't mash down but really support and correct the foot. Am ordering more so that I have them in all of my shoes.

These heel inserts are very comfortable. I bought them to correct supination which has been affecting my knees. You don't even know they are there but they have helped correct my condition. I will be ordering more so I have a set for every pair of shoes.

Just like my doctor's office sold me but cost quite a bit less on Amazon. Really make my shoes fit better. Notice a difference when I switch shoes and don't switch the cushions

I love these inserts and have recommended them to family who have the same problem with suppination. Since I began using them I have had no problems with calluses or sore feet.

Nice cushion for the heels along with helping the alignment of the foot. They attach well inside the shoes and don't move around.
