Tough Raft for the Money
I have had this raft out on the water several times now (with floor modification and 46 lb trolling motor). If like me you are looking for a way to get on the water without trailering a boat, the Mariner 4 is a good option. Inflates quickly with a low pressure electric pump I run from my SUV. Have not used the oars but they seem flimsy. IMPORTANTLY this is really a one to 2 person raft - with two very comfortable and stable but cannot imagine putting more people in than 2. The inflatable seats are terrible (we sit on coolers). Best for small bodies of water.

Cool reliable fishing boat
This is an awesome boat for fishing and boat camping (short distance). Simply and fun. Can really hold 3 full size people. So sturdy I can fish standing up, very cool. Great for price. Will update in a year

Sept ‘23 Update: Solid Short Term Solution to Have a But of Fun in the Water
Loved the boat. Best way under $1000 to get on the water IMO. Bought her a good (55lb trolling) motor and she’s very stable on the water. Quite a fun little ride, I was literally in LOVE. Up until yesterday. I keep her in my backyard, so she deflates a little in the sun. No problem. I go to take her out yesterday and section 2 looked a bit low. I added air and hit the water. We were good for about 30 minutes and then I noticed the motor leaning back into the water. Luckily my battery box has a dc port so I was able to re-inflate. Long story short, she came apart at one of the seams in section 2. Almost had to swim home from the middle of the creek. I’ve only had her for a little over a month and now she’s basically junk. I can try to reseal that seam, but I don’t think anything I use will permanently seal it again. Shame, because for someone who just needs a one or two person fishing boat, this would be it.***August 2023 Update***Called Intex within the warranty period and after a process, they eventually sent me a brand new boat body. Been back in the water for about a year. Daily to every other day usage from Mid May 2023 to present, Aug 2023. She sprung a leak in the floor that we were able to use the cut up body of the old boat to patch. Held well. Still deflates in a chamber or 2 over time, must be a slow leak. A battery box, an inverter, an electric blower, Loctite and Flex Tape will be your manna. Still a damned good tiny fishing boat on a small lake, river, pond or creek. Giving back star(s). This little thing is a trooper. Even been in the Chesapeake Bay (super not recommended!!!), long story. Catching small tackle fish and big ass MD Blue crabs. Not luxury comfy, but feels stable and safe. The included floor works just fine. For a grouchy Ol fart like me, still great way to get on the water for less than a grand. I’m enjoying this thing immensely.Learn the boating rules and laws in your area. The water does not forgive, you can get effed up quick, permanently or even fatally. Please take it as serious as it is.I’d say try it if you’re on the fence. It’s nowhere near what you’d need to even buy a new Jon boat. Being free to hit the water whenever is a life changer. Be warned as I was, boating is addictive, and boating is a rich man’s sport. It truly is!!! This little thing eases the sting of not being anywhere near a rich man and still wanting to get out on the water a little bit. Hey, gotta take your wins where you can these days.***September 2023 UpdateShe finally gave it up a few days ago. I gotta say, for it’s price point, a solid year of fun, almost worth it. I’d buy it again and I think I will. I had a great time with this little boat. Don’t go into it thinking you got a boat for life. It’s an inflatable raft, made of rubber, it’ll eventually break. Expect it. Enjoy it while you can, There’s lots of fun to be had on this thing. Solid product. Worth the money. Giving back stars.

Strong and sturdy.
This raft is strong and sturdy. My old one that I had for over five years was the smaller one. The new seat design is good and it prevents them from squeaking like the old ones could. It is perfect for my wife and I to take an easy float down the river even if we do hit some rapids along the way. And it is big enough to one day take my Mother-in-Law and grand son. Haven't been able to use the motor mount yet but it looks solid even if it's not pretty.

Incomplete Set & No follow through with promise to remedy.
We received this set WITHOUT any of the nuts, bolts and connectors. After contacting VMInnovations we were promised we would be receiving them as they would contact Intex and have them send them directly to us. After a month of still waiting we were told to contact Intex and order the parts from them directly at our cost. These parts were supposed to be a part of the set and we find this unacceptable and we will not buy any more products sold by VMInnovations. Nothing like over charging for a product that is incomplete. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Thanks!

After just three weeks of use it popped
No miss-use of this item. For three weeks on the lake I felt like Popeye the sailor man. Then on the 4th week I got a quarter way out on the lake and had to jump out and swim it back to the dock. I suppose with the price of a real boat I got my moneys worth but I would have been elated had the boat and the experience lasted atleast a couple summers. WOULDNT BUY AGAIN.

outstabding (6 stars if possible)
Love this raft. I researched like mad before I bought it. added a motor mount and a trolling motor. works perfectly on large lakes and small ponds.caught some very large fish and had no problems at all. not sure about rivers or water with a lot of rocks but it handled some waves very very well. the pole holders work really well with live baited lines. fit 4 adults quite well. stayed out for 4 or 5 hours at a time! Honestly you could not find a better raft for under $900. plus the flooring makes it so you can even sit in a lawn char if you wanted to while you are out in it. Look it up on you tube and see some of the modifications some folks are doing. pretty interesting.

Raft was very sturdy excellent material.....
The raft was better then expected, but the motor was a big disappointment, used it for the first time on the weekend of June 15th spent all day on the gulf got out about 1/2 mile off shore motor ran fine on the way out we were stopping and anchoring to fish then decided to start heading back after a couple of hours (strong current) the motor would not run on anything but low (1) and run for about 5 minutes then quit ...wait a few minutes it would start back up but only on low switch to high then it would immediately stop running.......had to paddle and paddle and paddle to get back to shore cause the current was really strong
