Works like a dream! Haven't tried the heater yet, as it's still pretty warm in the deep south. But, the a/c keeps my bedroom and living room nice and cool.

I've purchased 3, and so far all preform well. I don't recommend the boxes which go around them, or the extra grille. A grille/screen is included with the unit.
