I loved it!!! The installation manual was missing, but I contacted the seller and they emailed it to me right away. Don’t cut the strap holding the spring folding arms until you have mounted it on the wall.

We were so impressed with our first 13' X 8' awning we bought a second one. The fabric came a different color than the first. Contacted the company and they generously replaced both with identical color replacements, as our original color was no longer available. They look and work great. Good instruction booklet. Challenging but doable as solo DIY installer.

Good product Poor Instructions Box of extra parts are there but the regular parts are not Good value for the price... Good quality, just not easy to install for those you are not good at home projects!

I was a little skeptical when I ordered this awning that for the price the quality might not be great, but I was willing to give it a try. I could not be happier with the quality of the product and the customer service from this company. The materials used are of good quality, with the machining, hardware, and paint done well. I was able to assemble the awning by myself and will only need help to set the awning in the mounting brackets, later this week when my son can get over to give me a hand. I had a small issue with a missing wall mount bracket, and the company was very responsive and resolved the issue within hours. I am very impressed with the product and the service.

This is not a quality awning but the price was low so I got what I paid for I guess. The small front rail came bent and scratched. Working on getting that replaced now. The instructions are not complete, there was a page separate from the booklet about the roller arm......we were passed that point when it was found and already frustrated with the poor directions! Then fine tuning the arms so it rolls up correctly was just as fun and as long as assemblIng the awning. That was possibly due to the front bent rail but overall frustrating start to finish. Buyer beware

If you’re attaching it into your house with a Staco wall. You must add another reinforcement of clamps. To make sure it’s secured.

First off thank you to seller for correcting the mistake in the color shade sent! Best customer service EVER! I ordered gray/white and got the ocean blue/white. Husband started installing before I got home to check the delivery. Even with the wrong color - I must say it gives a beautiful pop of color! Took a few attempts for my husband and dad to figure out how to get straight- but with some tweaking they got it up. Just beware this drops about 2 feet below where it is installed. As you can see it’s quite low due to my how my shed it set up. Still this is perfect to keep me sheltered from the baking CA sun! Thank you!

This is a great awning, once it is installed. The challenge is figuring out the directions which are poorly written with a very difficult to understand picture guide. With a little patience and some online research, it’s a fine product for the price.
