This is a lovely product and brand. I’ve been using this mostly on my face, neck, chest and hands. My skin feels so soft and hydrated when I apply it. I’m 39 with combo/acne prone skin. I have had had no adverse reactions to this, my skin loves it. It does seem to help lessen breakouts a bit, and very healing to the skin. My one complaint is the scent. It smells very much like the ingredients, a strong fish oil smell is present along with the mixture of herbal oils. But it doesn’t last long, I usually spray a bit of perfume on my chest or apply some other lotion on my body quickly after I apply this to my face and that helps counter the fish oil smell. I’m curious about there other blends that don’t use the fish oil but I was a bit worried about applying olive oil on my face being so acne prone. I also recommend scooping out a bit into your palm and mixing it with your finger, it becomes whipped and very easy to spread onto the skin. Overall I recommend, it’s a very nice product, that your skin will love! I’m definitely going to repurchase and try other scents too!

I think I prefer tallows mixed with anti microbial oils like pepper mint. The pepper mint one is my favorite. Vanilla is pretty good tho. All and all , it’s quite a solid based ( free of superfluous chemicals ) moisturizer. One gripe is the lid feels a tad flimsy and Actaully cracked on mine. Granted the seal still works- didn’t used to be like that a few years ago tho.The actual tallow is great . A little bit goes a long way. I’ve had a tub for over two years of consistent usage. Exceptional product. Avoid the ones with fish oil - obvious reasons but they make it for some reason…

This stuff works, after just a few days I can feel a difference in my skin. The only downside is how expensive it is, which is why I removed one star. The smell isn't too bad either, I bought the Vanilla Bean. I wish they had one with a coconut, tropical scent.

This product is performing well. I have just been using it for ~ a week and have already noticed a significant improvement in eliminating a stubborn dry patch of skin. Easy to apply and no odor. Would definitely recommend!

Bought the unscented to use on my newborn. It got the job done on her newborn peely dry skin. Now shes all hydrated. My brother originally gave me the vanilla bean one for myself and my older son and we love it.It's moisturizing but not greasy at all. A little goes a long way.

This product is NOT unscented as they say. It has a strong beef scent. At first I thought i was imagining it because it specifically says unscented. But when my put it on my hands and face and wenr downstairs my dogs were nuts. Trying to smell and lick my hands. I also woke up to a cat picking my face. Lol. I definitely fell into the hype of beef tallow. I'm going to try the one with honey in it. Maybe that will help.

love love love this stuff! I use it as a moisturizer every night and it is super thick, so you don't need much. It's great in the winter time because it will make your skin WARM. Love that it's natural and will absolutely repurchase when I run out.
